1.Material Inspection:Carefully check all components of the high-mast light,including the lamp post,lamps,electrical equipment,embedded parts,etc.Make sure there is no damage or deformation,and all parts are complete.Check the verticality of the lamp post,and its deviation should not exceed the specified range.

 II.Foundation Construction

*Foundation Pit Excavation

1.Foundation Positioning:Based on the design drawings,accurately measure and mark the position of the high-mast light foundation.Ensure that the deviation between the center of the foundation and the designed position is within the allowable range.

2.Foundation Pit Excavation:Excavate the foundation pit according to the design dimensions.The depth and width should meet the requirements to ensure the founda- tion has sufficient stability.The bottom of the foundation pit should be flat.If there is a soft soil layer,it needs to be compacted or replaced.

3.Installation of Embedded Parts:Place the embedded parts at the bottom of the foun- dation pit.Adjust their position and levelness using a spirit level to ensure that the hori- zontal deviation of the embedded parts does not exceed the specified value.The bolts of the embedded parts should be vertical upwards and firmly fixed to prevent displacement during the concrete pouring process.

I.Lamp Post Installation

*Lamp Assembly

1.Lamp Installation:Install the lamps on the lamp panel on the ground.Check the installation angle and fixing condition of the lamps to ensure they are firmly installed and the angle meets the design requirements.Use a crane to lift the lamp panel with the installed lamps to the top of the lamp post.Connect the fixing device between the lamp panel and the lamp post to ensure a reliable connection.

2.Positioning of the Lamp Post:Align the bottom of the lamp post with the bolts of the foundation embedded parts.Lower it slowly to installthe lamp post accurately on the foundation.Adjust the verticality of the lamp post using a theodolite or plumb line to ensure that the vertical deviation does not exceed the specified range.After adjusting the verticality,promptly tighten the nuts to fix the lamp post.

Butt joint and installation:Align one end of the cross arm with the carry out preliminary fixation with bolts or other connecting devices. Tighten the connection:After con- firming that the position of the cross arm is correct,use tools to tighten the connecting bolts and other fastening devices to ensure that the cross arm is firmly connected to the lamp post.

Install the bottom fixing parts:Install the bottom fixing parts of the protective cage at the marked position on the ground or the base of the ladder.Secure them firmly in place with expansion bolts or other means,ensuring that the fixing parts are closely combined with the ground or the base and can withstand the weight of the protective cage and the external forces during use.

Connect the wires of the lighting fixtures.

 

II.Lamp Post Installation

*Install the lamp head and light source

Install the lamp head on the cantilever or lamp disc of the high-mast lamp.Secure it firmly in place using bolts or other fixing devices,ensuring that the installation position of the lamp head is accurate and the angle meets the requirements of the lighting design.

IV.Electrical Installation

 

 

1.Cable Laying:Lay the cables according to the design requirements.The cables should be protected by pipes to avoid damage.The bending radius of the cables should meet the specified requirements, and the distances between the cables and other facilities should comply with safety regulations. During the cable laying process, mark the cable routes and specifications for easy subsequent wiring and maintenance.
2.Wiring:Connect the lamps,electrical equipment,and cables.The wiring should be firm,reliable,and have good contact.Insulate the wiring joints with insulating tape or heat -shrinkable tubes to prevent electric leakage. After wiring,check whether the connections are correct and if there are any missed or wrong connections.
3.Electrical Debugging:Before pow- ering on,conduct a comprehensive inspection of the electrical system, including checking the circuit connections and testing the insulation resistance.After confirming that everything is correct,carry out power on debugging. During the debugging process,check the lighting of the lamps,adjust their brightness and angle to meet the lighting requirements.Also,check the operating status of electrical equipment such as switches and contactors to ensure they operate normally without abnormal noise or overheating.

V.Electrical Installation

*Positioning the Lamp Post

1.Align the bottom of the lamp post with the bolts of the foundation's embedded parts and lower it slowly to accurately install the lamp post on the foundation.Use a theodolite or plumb line to adjust the verticality of the lamp post, ensuring that the vertical deviation of the lamp post does not exceed the specified range.After the verticality adjustment is completed, promptly tighten the nuts to secure the lamp post.

*Debugging and maintenance

1.During the installation process,construction workers must wear personal protective equipment such as safety helmets and safety belts to ensure construction safety.

2.When lifting the lamp post and lamp panel,strictly follow the crane operation proce- dures and assign a dedicated person to command to ensure the safety and reliability of the lifting process.

3.Electrical installation must be carried out by professional electricians who strictly adhere to electrical safety regulations to prevent electric shock accidents.

4.During the concrete pouring and curing processes,pay attention to weather chang- es and avoid construction in rainy or adverse weather conditions.

5.After installation,regularly maintain and inspect the high-mast light.Check the oper- ation of the lamp post,lamps,and electrical equipment,and promptly discover and address problems to ensure the normal use of the high-mast light.
