In infrastructure projects requiring 20 to 35-meter illumination, there is zero room for error. EPC contractors and port authorities face severe risks when specifying high mast systems:

Catastrophic Structural Failure: Standard poles cannot withstand the extreme aerodynamic drag of multiple heavy LED fixtures during typhoons or hurricanes, leading to catastrophic collapse.

Lifting System Hazards & High OPEX: Inferior wire ropes or manual winches snap under tension, making high-altitude maintenance extremely dangerous and heavily dependent on expensive crane rentals.

Poor Lighting Uniformity & Glare: Disconnected procurement (buying poles and lights separately) results in mismatched photometric performance, causing dark spots and dangerous glare for drivers or port operators.

We do not just sell steel poles. XINTONG provides a fully integrated "Lamp + Pole" road and area lighting solution, eliminating the compatibility risks of multi-vendor sourcing.

In-House System Assembly
The pole, the motorized lifting gear, the aviation wire ropes, and the LED modules are tested together in our facility before shipping to ensure zero integration issues on-site.

Our high mast systems are equipped with a state-of-the-art motorized lowering and lifting mechanism, designed to protect your maintenance crew and reduce long-term OPEX.

Aviation-Grade Stainless Steel Wire Ropes: Featuring a high safety factor (7:1 breaking strength) with anti-rotation design to prevent twisting during ascent/descent.

Auto-Locking & Anti-Fall Braking: An independent mechanical latching system locks the light ring at the top, taking the load off the wire ropes during daily operation. In case of anomaly, the electromagnetic brake engages instantly.

Ground-Level Remote Operation: Maintenance personnel can safely lower the entire lighting ring to 1.5 meters above the ground using a wired remote control panel, eliminating the need for cherry pickers or cranes.
